Welcome to my site

Painting was, and will always remain, my first love.

I’ve also been extremely lucky to have met some extraordinary & memorable people and I’ve had some wonderful times working in palliative care which has added colour and richness to my life. I try to reflect this joy and contentment in my paintings.

My work  tends to lean in style towards that of the “Modern Impressionists”  finding my inspiration from the flowers and fauna I see every day whilst walking my dear old Labrador/Springer Spaniel Sam. I am never without my sketch pad or “idiot proof” camera to capture these sudden scenes for future work. In doing so I hope to share my visual experiences with others.
